What we store, and why

This page is a waitlist for FakeCustomers, a product we're building. Here is everything it collects.

When you join the waitlist

We store your email address, the date and time, your browser's user agent, the page or campaign that sent you here (the referring page and UTM tags), which version of our planned prices you saw, and the package you picked, if you picked one. Entries from before October 24, 2026 also keep the optional answers the form asked for then: company or website, what the AI agent does and what breaks today.

We use it only to contact you about the closed beta and to understand which teams want this, and at what price. We don't sell it, share it or use it for ads.

When you visit

We count page views on our own server. To tell visitors apart within a day we keep a keyed hash of your IP address and browser that changes every day; the site itself stores no IP addresses with your visits or signups. We show one of several versions of our planned prices: the same hash picks the one you see, unless your link names one, and each page view keeps which version it showed. To stop spam we keep a short-lived, hashed counter per network for about ten minutes.

The server the site runs on logs requests with their IP address, for security. Its web server keeps no access log for this site, only an error log of requests it couldn't complete, which it deletes after 30 days at most; the proxy and the app log every request in size-limited logs (up to 50 MB each) with no time limit.

The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, analytics or trackers.

How long, and your rights

We keep waitlist entries until the beta is over or until you ask us to delete yours. Write to hello@fakecustomers.com and we'll send you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it.
